Evra at it again

Manchester United player Evra has gone to the news again with one of his outrageous claims about Arsenal not being a team to be feared.Evra said that Arsenal is nothing but a training ground club worthy of winning nothing, not to talk of being remembered in the history book of the English game.Well such a pity that a professional of hie standards should be saying such.Its against the spirit of the game.Such disrespect should be punished only by beating Man U on monday and going ahead to clinch the league,if not i fear the ever insulting and boosting Evra will still be around next season.Is time to rise up to the occassion.

Arsène Wenger has praised two-goal hero Samir Nasri after a match-winning performance against Fulham today.

The French midfielder struck twice as Arsenal beat Fulham 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium to go top of the league.

The two strikes take Nasri's goal tally for the season to 11, a big improvement in front of goal from his first two years with the Gunners.

Wenger says he always knew Nasri could produce this kind of quality, and has revealed that he wanted the winger to work on his off-the-ball movement over the summer.

After the game, the boss said: "He was a bit too much attracted by the ball and we wanted him to do more once off the ball, go in behind without the ball, because we have many players who can keep the ball.

"Now he has more variation in his game: turns, runs in behind without the ball, and as well coming to the ball and taking it to his feet.

"So his game is improving and he is, of course, more efficient.

"What is important when you are a manager is you want to get the best out of a player and I always was a strong believer in him.

"Many people questioned me when I took him here but he is showing that he is an exceptional talent and I think there is more to come from him."
